On April 3, Beijing Language and Culture University, Tokyo College held a grand opening ceremony for the 2019 spring semester.

Professor Ni Haidong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Language and Culture University, sent a congratulatory message to the opening ceremony of Beijing Language and Culture University, Tokyo College, expressing his best wishes to all teachers and students of Beijing Language and Culture University, Tokyo College. Secretary Ni introduced the school-running features of BLCU, BLCU is known as the Mini-United Nations. He specifically mentioned that Beijing Language and Culture University's overseas school-running programs have enabled more students who love Chinese and want to learn Chinese to realize their wishes. He hopes Tokyo College could offer more courses for students, provide more teaching practice activities for students, and he wish students success in their studies and Tokyo College a better future.
